Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99 for orders under $60
• FREE Shipping on all orders $60 and over

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. By Camille is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Stolen Packages By Camille is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
